Unfortunately, the huge number of adverts you see on TV displaying "no win, no fee" and "100% compensation" slogans don't really cover this area of law unless the problems you have experience have resulted in actual physical injuries. In these cases you will need to find a solicitor that can offer a no win, no fee arrangement but failing that you may be asked to pay the solicitors and other legal fees upfront with the risk of losing that money should the case lose.
